We were hired by The Write Agency to present a strategic and creative proposal for the South African launch of a new drug that treats Type 2 Diabetes.
The drug is being brought to market by a new partnership between two leading Pharma companies. Our proposal included recommendations for both Internal Communications – sales force engagement and product training; and external communications – tools to enable market readiness, and product launch to HCPs.
The proposal incorporated suggestions for the use of technology, eg an online community, the use of apps and digital business cards for reps, a DM campaign to HCPs; and 3 possible creative routes, each with a corresponding communications plan.
The agency selection process is ongoing and the proposal was presented to the Client with very positive feedback.
